Sealed bids for construction of the West Point City Storm Drain Trunk Line (4000 W 1800 N) were to be received at the City office, 3200 West 300 North, West Point, UT 84015, until 1:00 PM local time on Monday, 3/2/2026, at which time bids received would be publicly opened and read aloud.

Project Scope

Installation of new storm drain pipe, the related UDOT 1800 North crossing and associated required utility looping, and connection to Clinton Drain. The project is governed by the contract documents.

Bidder Responsibilities

The successful bidder is responsible, at no additional cost to the Owner, for meeting:

  • All bonding requirements
  • Traffic control requirements
  • Encroachment permit requirements
  • Any other requirements imposed by UDOT, Davis County, and/or West Point City

Bid Security and Award

  • Bid security must be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
  • Contracts will be awarded, if they are awarded based on this solicitation, to the responsive, responsible bidder submitting the lowest bid — see Article 3 in Section 1.2.
  • The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
