What's in this section

These guides cover everything residents look up on your city's Peny site besides posts: upcoming events, forms they fill in, documents and videos, maps, and who to contact at the city. Everything you publish here also helps Ask Peny answer residents' questions.

Guides in this section

• Create and publish an event — add an event with its date, place and cover photo, then publish it and share it to the feed.
• Build forms and manage responses — build a form, publish it, get notified of new submissions and work through responses.
• Manage documents and videos — upload and organize documents, add YouTube videos and make your files searchable by Peny's AI.
• Create and share maps — draw areas and routes on a city map, publish it and share it by link, on your website or in a post.
• Manage the staff directory — add staff, departments, locations and services, and import staff from a spreadsheet.
